What support do you need?
At be:ko Energieberatung, I support private owners, landlords, owners' associations and businesses with residential properties. My focus is on existing residential buildings and on planning that suits your property and your goals.
Heating advice (German)
I look at your existing heating system in the context of your home's overall energy performance. This helps us to assess suitable options for modernisation.
Renovation advice (German)
I assess the energy performance of your building and develop proposals that suit your goals and your budget. Both a full renovation and a step-by-step approach are considered, depending on your plans.
Construction support (German)
I support the implementation of the agreed energy measures, check the work within the agreed scope and document the relevant results.
Your point of contact
I am Edgar Tino Elsasser. My career began in 1994 in metalworking and also took me into industry, where I gained experience in department management, plant management and as managing director. I bring this practical perspective to the assessment of existing buildings. It is important to me that we consider the building's structure, its technical systems and your own ideas together.
How we start working together
You tell me what you need. We then agree which kind of advice makes sense and which documents are required. Depending on the assignment, this is followed by an on-site survey, the analysis and a conversation about the next steps.
Let's talk about your project
Whether it's a single upgrade or a full renovation: briefly describe your building and your goals.
